This posture corrector is very comfortable and can easily be worn under clothes without being noticed. It helps me maintain my posture throughout the day without causing any discomfort.

This product does exactly what it says it will do, but it is a trainer rather than a rigid brace. It works best if you understand that it is designed to help you train your muscles rather than force your body into position.

I found this to be a waste of money as the straps do not stay in place and the velcro stopped holding after very little use. It was also uncomfortable and dug into my body.
