I noticed a difference right away and would definitely recommend this to anyone. The product is also very convenient in a gummy form.

It is so easy to take and it tastes good also. I find my well-being has improved greatly.

These chews are awesome and they taste good. I have never been much on gummies, but these are a great alternative to powder.

The collagen and protein content is too low. Four gummies only provide 2.5g of collagen and 3g of protein.
